Frequently asked questions
Children who suffer from a deficiency in omega-3, particularly DHA, face the risk of improper development of central nervous system functions. This can lead to incorrect psychomotor development, including a decrease in intelligence quotient (IQ).
The children's product line differs from adult supplements in its overall formulation, as well as in the concentration and ratios of its active ingredients. The composition is tailored specifically to children's nutritional profiles and is designed to prevent the development of dangerous deficiencies through this preventive supplementation.
The effects of combining omega-3 with vitamins D3 and K2 are mostly long-term and may not be immediately visible. For noticeable results, we recommend that children take the product for at least 3 months. In the long run, these nutrients support the immune system, cognitive development, healthy bone metabolism, and overall nutritional balance.
For more convenient use, the oil can easily be mixed into food (such as porridge or yogurt). On the other hand, we do not recommend mixing it into drinks; due to its natural properties, the oil can easily stick to the sides of the glass and will not blend well.
Each 250 ml glass bottle holds about 60 doses — roughly 2 months of daily use at one teaspoon per day.
